History
Claudio's legal career began in 1997 where he worked as a litigation paralegal in a mid-tier firm assisting lawyers run contested hearings in court. Prior to his admission as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2003, Claudio gained valuable experience working in a small legal practice(s) in their litigation and commercial divisions.
Since 2003, Claudio has continued to provide legal services to clients in commercial, business, property and litigation areas of legal practice. Claudio has developed a keen interest in providing a high level of legal services to Clients in the area of leases (retail and commercial), sale and purchase of business, shareholder and partnership agreements, loan agreements, licensing and distribution agreements, drafting terms and conditions or terms of trade and much more. In litigation, Claudio provides a high level service in commercial litigation including corporate and personal insolvency, re-structure and turnaround, debt recovery, contractual disputes, director and shareholder disputes and more. In property law, Claudio comes highly regarded in conveyancing, EDR and transfers of property generally.
